Refund policy
At Kishmish, we want you and your loved ones to be happy with every purchase. We offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE for your convenience. As we currently do not process online payments or monetary refunds, we support returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to the policy below.
Return & exchange window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, including personalised or custom-made products. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to request a return or exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@kishmish.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
If your request is approved, we’ll share instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Kindly include your order number and clear photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return shipping
If the item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Kishmish. For all other approved reasons, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
As all orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery, monetary refunds are not applicable. For approved returns, we may offer a replacement item or store credit, where applicable.
